Who is CTRM?

Commonwealth Timing and Race Management LLC is a local, family and veteran owned, race timing company that has been providing race directors a premium race experience since 2011. We are runners ourselves and we know races. Putting on races is how we got our start so we know what it takes to put on a great race. We are committed to many of the same causes you support. We are Armed Forces veterans and support the United States Military and all first responders. We know what it takes to get the job done and done right. We approach each race with an "accomplish the mission" mindset.

Our Story
|
Before founding Commonwealth Timing we organized a race for a veteran cause that was dear to our heart. In the process of trying to plan our race, we discovered that many timing companies were not interested in helping out a small race on a tight budget. We figured that we were not the only folks who were having trouble finding a company to help time our small race. We reached out and discovered that many race directors were in the same situation as we were! We founded Commonwealth Timing to help small, first year races be able to provide the same high quality performance and accurate results that the big races are accustomed to at an affordable price. Years later, we are proud to be able to say we have helped hundreds of small first year races succeed and grow in the years that followed. Many of our small, first year races have gone on to become very large successful races. Our goal is to help your race succeed this year and for many years to come.

What Do We Do?

We provide fast, accurate results and complete finish line management using the most technologically advanced chip and manual timing systems available and to be profitable for the cause you support. There are no add-ons to your complete race package. Everything from start/finish line truss, corral and chute, results center, race clock, PA system, race day music, race director tools, event promotion, results posted to our website, race bibs and consulting is included with a Commonwealth Timing event. We work within your budget to provide the tools you need to succeed this year and grow in the years to come.
