On Race Day we will arrive approximately 2 hours before the start of the race. We will need someone to show us where the finish line will be located.
All runners must wear the bib they were assigned. For best timing results, please encourage runners to wear their bibs on the outside of clothing, in front and at chest level. We encourage you, as the race director, to keep in close contact with us - especially as we get closer to RACE DAY. Contact us by phone, email or text with any questions or if you need help in any way. A couple of weeks before the race, we will need to make sure we have the exact way you would like your awards/age groups set up. The fee for our services is as follows: $595.00 for the first 100 registered runners and $2.50 for all registered runners over the initial 100. The fee includes a professional start/finish truss, corral and chute, race clock, PA system, race bibs, safety pins, timing chips, registration site through RunSignUp, real-time results, promotion of your race through our website and other means, a timing crew and all the advice that you can stand.
