• Your race is just around the corner so here is some important information as the day draws near.
• Your timing crew will arrive at the race site approximately two hours before the race to set up and be ready for race day registrations. We ask that someone be there to show us exactly where you would like your start/finish line to be located.
• For those races that do not use RunSignUp for your registration platform, please contact us for instructions  concerning runner info and bib assignments. 
• We  strongly encourage you to send an email to all of your runners to let them know that the results will be posted at RunSignUp throughout the race and at www.commonwealthtiming.net soon after the race is completed.  Runners like to know where they can find their results
• It is important that your runners and registration personnel know the correct way that participants should wear their race bibs for the best possible timing accuracy.  Bibs should be worn on the outside of all clothing, in front,  at chest level.  It is also extremely important  that the runners wear the bib numbers that they are assigned. 
• We will need two volunteers approximately 30 minutes before the race to help us on race day.  One volunteer will be our official photographer (we provide the camera)  and one will be an all-purpose volunteer.  We will clearly explain their duties and they will be simple.  The only lifting involved will be a camera and clipboard.  
• Please be specific when filling out your awards categories on the form to your left.  If your need any suggestions for age groups, please let us know. 
• If you have more than one race distance scheduled on race day, please let us know the race distances, time of the start of each and if there are any awards for that particular to race race.   We also need to know if you have a kids fun run that you would like timed.  Example: 5k and 10K, 5k and kids fun run (timed or not timed) 
• The  Race Timing Fee*  for your race is $595 for the first 100 registered runners.  There will be a fee of $2.50 for each registered runner over the initial 100 covered by the Race Timing Fee*.  There will also be a mileage charge of 50 cents per mile round trip from Midlothian VA if the race is 25 miles or more from our company office in Midlothian VA..  If your race is located within 30 miles of Washington DC we will add a DC Metro surcharge of $300.  By submitting this information form you agree to the timing charges as outlined above.
